Most products are made to order and your items will be with you in 14 days maximum .If you need it sooner, contact me prior to purchase and i will let you know if it's possible.
What about shipping?
I use Hermes couriers. Check the store description as most items have shipping included in the price.
If you are local to walkden I'm happy to deliver the parcel at a convenient time.
If you would rather collect an item in person. get in touch and we can arrange a time.
Do you accept returns?
In addition to your legal rights as a consumer I will accept returns so long as the goods have not been damaged and are returned by you in original condition within 14 days. Returns will not be accepted on personalised items for a change of mind.
